Creating these rocks is a lot easier with paint pens. I highly suggest using them. If you do not have a full set at least a 1M black pen for the outlines will help a lot.
Now this rock is so fun and easy to do. You could add any theme to this by adding in a specific shape or color scheme. Today I wanted to keep it pretty generic.
Start by creating a spiral on your rock. Make sure to leave space between your lines for some fun designs!
Add something to the very tip and the middle for your first designs. I did a simple circle.
Now work your way around the spiral. Add on any design that you want.
Hearts, music notes, diamonds, you name it and it can go!
I even added the word LOVE to this one.
101 Tip: You can always add more. Start by spacing out your design a bit then go in and add in once you have your main components on.
Now start to add in your color. Again 1M colored Posca pens work best for this, but it can be done with a steady hand and a brush.
I like to bounce around with one color at a time, slowly filling in the shapes.
I did purple, pink, and then yellow. Cycle through your colors over and over until every last dot is filled.
Go back around with your black pen or even a Micron pen if you need an even smaller tip to touch up any edges you might have gone over.
Give this spiral zendangle rock to someone special or leave it out to be found.
